4TH SARC SLEEP WORKSHOP PROGRAMME
MISSION STATEMENT
|
SARC Sleep 2026 presents a unified vision for the future of head and neck wellness with emphasis on sleep breathing and facial esthetic care. The meeting is grounded in the principle that facial structure, airway physiology, neuromuscular behavior, esthetic harmony, and sleep health are interdependent elements of one system.
SARC Sleep 2026 reflects a clinical philosophy that views nasal function, maxillofacial development, soft tissue tone, and facial balance as converging determinants of bite, breathing and beauty. The next step forward in sleep breathing care requires collaboration across sleep surgery, facial plastic surgery, otolaryngology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, functional dentistry, and emerging technologies. The structure of the meeting mirrors real clinical practice, combining shared foundational principles with deep specialty expertise. In lecture and cadaver curriculum, we will highlight contemporary functional and esthetic nasal surgery, upper airway stimulation, and the influence of orthognathic surgery on esthetic outcomes and airway physiology. Parallel sessions explore how modern outpatient clinics can integrate sleep breathing care, esthetic interventions, behavioral therapies, and digital tracking into a cohesive model. The discussions encourage participants to examine how breathing and beauty coexist in clinical reality, and how they can be aligned for long term wellness. Through this academic framework, SARC Sleep 2026 aims to redefine how sleep breathing and facial esthetic care are taught, practiced, and advanced globally. Stanley Y.C. Liu, MD, DDS, FACS Course Director |
