Dr. DAMAYANTI SOETJIPTO Tabular Curriculum Vitae: 1979 Graduated as ENT Specialist from the ENT Department Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia, Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital, Jakarta; 1980 Staff in Oncology and Rhinology Sub-division (same hospital); 1995 -2005 Former Head of the Rhinology Sub-division (same hospital); Since 1985 Head of ENT Unit Metropolitan Medical Center Hospital, Jakarta. 2005 Retired from the University 2007 President of the National Committee of the Prevention of Hearing Loss & Deafness (2007-2012) Membership: 1. President of Indonesian ORL Head and Neck Society (INDO-HNS) (1999-2003 & 2003-2007) 2. Chairperson of Indonesian Ear & Hearing Care National Committee 3. Founder of the Society of Asean Rhinologist Society (the Asean RS) 4. Board member of ARSR (Asian Research Symposium on Rhinology) 5. Past President of Asean ORL Federation 6. Past Secretary General Asean Rhinologist Society 7. Past Executive Board of IFOS (International Federation of ORL Societies) 8. Past Executive Board of International Rhinology Society (IRS) 9.
