Dr Neo Hong Jye is presently a Senior Consultant Anaesthetist with National University Hospital, Singapore. Dr Neo Hong Jye graduated from the National University of Singapore and subsequently completed his training in Anaesthesia in Singapore. Thereafter, he trained in paediatric anaesthesia in The Schenider Children’s Medical Centre in Israel.
Dr Neo is interested in the use of regional blocks either as a sole anaesthesia or combined with general anaesthesia. Particularly, he helped to started the paediatric epidural pain service in the year 2011 to provide good pain relief to children requiring surgery.
