DR WINSTON TAN
Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Winston Tan Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Singapore Dr Tan received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1992 and his Masters of Dental Surgery (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) in 1997 from the National University of Singapore. He was assistant professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore from 1997 to 2003. He has also served as Director and Senior Consultant of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Medical Centre (Jurong Health), Singapore from 2012-2015.
At present, Dr Tan maintains a private practice restricted to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre, Singapore. Dr Tan is also a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the Academy of Medicine Singapore. His duties have included the Chair of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Chapter of Dental Surgeons Singapore (2013-2017) and the Singapore representative on the AO Foundation’s AOCMF Asia Pacific Board (2010-2015). He has conducted many workshops and lectures on implant dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery, both in Singapore and internationally. His current clinical work encompasses oral implantology, dentoalveolar surgery, maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery and management of oral pathology. |
