DR CHONG KHAI BENG
MBBS, MRCS (Edinburgh), MMed ORL (Singapore), FAMS (ORL), MSc in Sleep Medicine (Oxford) Senior Consultant Department of Otorhinolaryngology Tan Tock Seng Hospital Singapore Dr Chong is an Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat) Senior Consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital who specializes in sleep medicine and obstructive sleep apnea surgery. After completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Dr Chong was conferred Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) of Edinburgh in 2009 and attained Master of Medicine (Otorhinolaryngology) (National University of Singapore) in 2012. Dr Chong completed his advanced specialist training in Otorhinolaryngology in 2015 and became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS) after that. He completed his hands-on fellowship training in transoral robotic surgery and sleep disordered breathing surgery with Professor Claudio Vicini in Italy in 2016. Dr Chong subsequently obtained Master of Science in Sleep Medicine from the prestigious University of Oxford in 2019. Dr Chong is very active in medical education and is the current Programme Director for National Healthcare Group Otorhinolaryngology Residency Programme. Dr Chong is also appointed as Adjunct Assistant Professor & Clinical Educator at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He is also a Content Expert and Clinical Teacher at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University/ Imperial College London.
