Jeevanan obtained his medical degree from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education in 1996 then completed his Masters in Otorhinolarygology from the National University of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur in 2004 and subsequently moved to private practice in 2011 and currently works in Pantai Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur. He has always had a special interest in the nose and its associated conditions, but since 2012 he has taken up an avid interest in sleep related breathing disorders. He is a passionate advocate of education both in creating public awareness and teaching medical professionals. He is currently dedicated in bringing a whole new concept of managing the upper airway in an integrated manner through bridging multiple specialties, including dentistry, osteopathy and myofunctional therapy.
