Dr Susalnoor, is an ORL Consultant currently working in RIPAS Hospital, the only tertiary referral center in the government sector, Brunei Darussalam.
 
Over the last five years with increasing population and availability of local ORL & supporting specialists in other departments, the ORL department has restructured the services to meet the demand of the society with the ever growing disease burden and the complexity of cases.
 
Therefore, she is currently the lead service provider for Allergy, Rhinology and Endoscopic skull base and the co-provider for Head & Neck Services.
 
As the previous head of the department, she had restructured and reengineered ORL Services in Brunei to fulfill the demands of the society to be more refined and streamlined especially with the formal formation and regular meetings of multidisciplinary team
 
In addition as a member of patient safety unit and a training committee both for the foundation programme as well as the surgical training committee, she is very active in ensuring the high standard and safe medical service for all and ensuring a structured high quality training for the junior doctors too.
