Prof Matthew Ryan is Professor and Vice Chairman for Education and Quality in the Department of Otolaryngology at UT Southwestern Medical Centre in Dallas, Texas.

He is a past president of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

He currently serves as Fellowship program director for the Rhinology fellowship at UT Southwestern and was previously program director for the Otolaryngology residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.
