Professor Maung Maung Khaing graduated from University of Medicine Mandalay in 1985. He was conferred M.Med.Sc. (ENT) in 1993, Dr. Med.Sc (ORL) in 2006, FICS in 2015, and FACS in 2016. He is an executive member of Asia Pacific Thyroid Society, board member of ASEAN Rhinology Society, member of IFOS, member of AAOHNS, Member of AHSNO. He served as Professor/ Head of University of Medicine Mandalay (2007- 2013 Jan) and Professor/ Head of University of Medicine (1) Yangon (2013 Feb- 2021 Nov). He is the past president of Myanmar Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Society and president of Special Interest Group in Rhinology (Myanmar). At present, he practices at private clinics in Yangon.
