Dr. Ronny Lie obtained his Bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Hong Kong, holds a Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Fellowships of the College of Dental Surgeons, and Academy of Medicine of Hong Kong. Dr. Lie worked in the government orthodontic services, and cleft lip and palate unit of the United Christian Hospital,  and had been an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Hong Kong.

He had been a member of the APAC Invisalign Advisory Board. Dr. Lie was an invited speaker at the Invisalign Forum in Hong Kong and at the Invisalign APAC Summits, and in addition has presented at numerous other events in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Bangkok, India and Europe.

Dr Lie is now part of a multi-disciplinary dental specialists’ team, providing comprehensive and adjunctive orthodontic treatment to patients. His main interest is early orthodontic treatment and the use of force-driven biomechanics to obtain efficient and effective outcome in complex orthodontic cases.
