Dr Ian Loh is the Chief of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at Changi General Hospital (CGH). He is an otolaryngologist with facial plastic and reconstructive surgery training and is the director of the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Service in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery in CGH, he also serves as Chairman, Section of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Academy of Medicine.
